Prayer Request

Another January... And hopefully not what we think.

Erins family has such horrible luck when it comes to the month of January. The year we met I had just lost my uncle Charles in March and she ad just lost her uncle Charles in January. That was back in 2005.

Then the following year her Grandfather passed away. Followed by two great uncles in January 2007 and 2008. Now it seems her last remaining great uncle on her fathers side is getting worse.

He has cancer and has been battleing it for quite some time. We just got a phone call that he was taking on fluid and they were moving him to the hospital. We all kinda thought we had skipped a year but since we have 5 more days left in January it looks like we might not.

We know God has his plan and her uncle would be in a much better place where we know there is no more suffering! The Lord is great and has gone to make a great place for us and we all hope the rest of the family can understand Gods plan!

Thanks for your prayers during this rough time for me and my family!

Weight loss challenge FAIL!

Today is the first day for our work places Wellness Challenge. I am already off to a terrible start as I realized what I packed for lunch....
I have a heaping portion of mashed potatos plus a piece of my Great Grandmother In Laws 95th birthday cake for dessert!
Whooops!

Seeing as I am the captain for my 3 person team I now have to hide it from them. Let's just hope they have different lunch times than I do!

Real World Brooklyn

Wow.
For the first time ever I actually feel older than these tools. I have been past the MTV age limit of 25 or 23 for 3 or 5 years, and for some reason this is the first cast that I feel older.
These kids are super young looking/acting.
Between the creepy transgender,tatooed ex-lesbo and the gay dolphin trainer. Wow I used to love this show. Let's see how things end up as the season progresses.

All I can say is NONE of this cast will last on a challenge!!

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know that recently my iPod Touch was lost/stolen/forgotten/misplaced/hidden ... all I know is that it did have some of my contacts saved onto it and I wanted to apologize and warn you about this.

As I said I'm not really sure where it is, if someone does have it and feels like being mean, they could easily look at the email addresses and few phone numbers I had stored in it.

Just wanted to send out an apoloogy/update about it. It was lost before Christmas and I wasn't aware of it until about a week or so ago.
